We use our slow-proved organic dough, made with a blend of 100% organic flours. Our tomato sauce is made with organic tomatoes, seasalt, a pinch of sugar and nothing else. We source as many of our vegetables and herbs as locally as possible. We use high welfare ham from an award-winning local butcher and a choice selection of continental meats and cheeses.
We have Specials every week and also often have a dessert pizza. The pizzas are hand-stretched and approximately 11 inch.
